This form will only take a few minutes to complete and provides our team with all the information we need to decide if you will be a good fit for this particular event. Please note, spaces are limited and some topics will be taken quickly, so we encourage you to apply early.

Step 2: Prepare to Present

For this event Speakers will be recording their presentations on their own. Interviews not be offered. Please review the below presentation guidelines to make sure you can comply before submitting your Speaker Interest Form.

Speaker Pre-Recorded

Presentation Guidelines

Videos Due By [INSERT DUE DATE]

  • 20-45 minutes long pre-recorded video.
  • Videos should be recorded in horizontal format.
  • Packed with information, tips, and actual value.
  • Quality audio, video and ample lighting is required.
  • Include a short (1-2 minute) introduction then go immediately into the session content.
  • Video should provide to do list or action items attendees can complete to achieve the goal of the session. 
  • Does not include the mention of free or paid products and services. (These will be promoted in the swag bag and bonus offers)
  • If using a slide deck, please include the slides as handouts.
  • Visual elements are encouraged in all video sessions. 
  • Do not add music to your intro or outro.

Affiliate Information

As a member of our Speaker Team, we'll set up a special affiliate link for you to share with your friends, family, and followers!

This link is what you'll use to help promote the event and will tag all your referrals.

Speakers will receive 50% commission on all tickets sold through their affiliate link. 

 

  • This is a collaboration. And as such, we require all event speakers to help promote the event.
  • Speakers should make at least 3 social posts about the event during the promotional period and include event information in at least 2 emails.
  • We will provide swipe copy and a variety of graphics to make promotion fun and easy.
  • You must have your PayPal account set up to receive commission payouts.

Step 4: Producing Your Session Live

Show Up Live To Engage

We will send you the final date and start time for each session a few weeks prior to the live event date.

Mark your calendar for the dates and times of your sessions. We ask that you login and participate for each one. Live sessions will be broadcast live and include on air questions and answer times. Pre-recorded sessions will include a live chat box or comment section where attendees will be engaging with you and asking questions. 

Show up live for your sessions and engage with attendees in the chat box or comment sections! As a Speaker, you'll have access to the Speaker Dashboard which provides direct links to all your session.
